  • Once you provide the details for your personalized order (colors, designs, text, etc.), we will confirm them with you before starting production.
  • You are entitled to one (1) free revision during the process. If additional revisions are needed, they will incur an extra fee.
  • Once the final design is approved, no further changes will be accepted.

3. How much do I need to pay to confirm my order?

  • For personalized orders, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation.
  • This deposit covers materials and initial production costs.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid once your order is ready for delivery or shipping.

4. How long does it take to complete my order?

The production time depends on the type of product and the level of customization required. We will provide an estimated timeline when confirming your order. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We currently offer shipping within the country only.

  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
  • It is important to provide accurate shipping information to avoid delivery issues.

6. Can I return or exchange a personalized product?

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
